Arbitration Structure

After running the arbitration system on some less talented players, it seems to me that it could use some adjusting. There doesn't seem to be enough separation between low end and high end players, which I'm afraid will result in most players being released early in arbitration. The proposed change will result in more realistic salaries and lessen the jump in the first year of arbitration. I've also added an arbitration calculator to the league spreadsheet, so you can now plug in point totals for any player.
