2023 QO List (I didn't list every FA, only those that maybe could be considered worth it, plmk if I missed anyone). A player must have been on his former team the entire 2022 season and be eligible for MLB free agency (6+ years service time or INTL FA). The QO will be $19.65 million on a 1 year deal. The deadline to declare a QO will be 12/1, note that you must have cap room to cover any offered QO.
