1. Player must be signed (or have been previously signed) to an MLB organization
2. International prospects under age 25 who have signed during the current year are not eligible here. They must be bid on in the international bonus pool section
3. Player must
- a. have less than 130 AB or 50 IP at the MLB level, but more than 1 AB or 0.1 IP (PLayers with 0 MLB experience are bid on through Fantrax)
4. Bids must be an increase of at least 10% from the highest previous bid
5. A bid must stand for 24 hours for a player to be won
6. Bids for minor leaguers are AAS, once the player is won, he will be given a recurring contract at the amount of the winning bid, there is no need to post a contract.
7. If a player is offered an MLB contract, it will always supersede a minor league contract regardless of value.
